Diet and creams: you can use some mild steroid creams OTC for your face  sometimes you need a good multi vitamin and mineral supplement especially zinc Keep it clean and do not lick you corners of your mouth with your tongue  Sometimes it is a yeast which needs a antifungal cream or lotion  If no help see your provider

: It should not be related. Fluoride is not usually linked to dermatitis. It could be ingredients in the toothpaste, but not specifically fluoride. Try a different fluoridated toothpaste.

Prescription: none otc I can think of.  Do not use steroid creams because in the end it will make it worse.  Some have had success with low dose doxycycline, but that is prescription.

Cinnamon: Cinnamon can be very irritating to the soft tissues of the mouth. If you want to use something antibacterial, use one of the name brand antiseptic mouthwashes preferably one that is alcohol free. Read the ingredients. Look for one with as few ingredients as possible.
