If you are sensitive: Caffeine, in patients sensitive to it, may have high blood pressure or irregular heart rhythms as a result of the caffeine.  It may also cause jitteriness that may have psychosocial implications. If a short term issue, there may be no long term problems, but chronic use, especially if combined with other suboptimal lifestyle choices like alcohol abuse, can lead to structural damage if sensitive.

Facial volume: Skin can be improved by treating any active Acne and acne scars as well as treatments to tighten your pores with chemical or LASER peels. Improving your cheek volume at your age can be done with fat transfer but cheek implants will likely be a more definitive and cosmetically preferable solution.

Determine cause: You should encourage your friend to see a doctor to find out why they are thin and weak. The possible causes are many: infection (tb, hiv, leishmaniasis based on country location, etc), cancer, thyroid problems, malnutrition or eating disorders, depression, etc. A focused evaluation will be determined by the doctor based history and physical exam.

Skin damage: of many types are common consequences of sunbed use. Sunbeds give out ultraviolet (UV) rays that increase the risk of developing all types of skin cancer. Many sunbeds give out greater doses of UV rays than the midday tropical sun. Use of sunbeds also results in premature aging of the skin and development of wrinkles.  Looking better in the short run is hardly worth the long term risks.

Arthropod bite: Bug bites are common.  Some people react very strongly to them and get intensely itchy bumps.  Its likely an allergic type reaction to venom from the insect.  Antihistamines and potent topical steroids are usually helpful.

Be open: And forthright a second time with same doctor and consider a second opinion. Bring someone with you to appointment. Consider writing your symptoms out with dates/times and impact on your life. Number them. Show it to doctor. Ask them for advice on each one. Doctors have off days too.

: You body is talking to you.  Please listen and take good notes. Then share with your Dr. The two of you should be able to decide what the problem is or what is the next step to find out. Once the cause if found treatment is usually easy.

Helps the heart: It has been shown that a diet high in nuts leads to a better cholesterol level and less risk of heart disease and death from heart conditions. Nuts are a great source of healthy, unsaturated fats.
