It would lower pH: Protein metabolism produces a number of acidic compounds through oxidation.  These acidic chemicals include hydrochloric acid (hcl), sulfuric acid (h2so4), and phosphoric acid (h3po4) depending on the Amino Acids of the proteins.  The effect of these acids is to lower the ph of urine.  A high protein diet may also increase your risk of developing kidney stones.

Creatinine is an indication of your kidney function and, just as important, is gives an estimation of your muscle mass. A high creatinine clearance may be seen with uncontrolled diabetes, which you do not have.  Speak to the physician who ordered these tests on you for more information, he knows you best.

: burning eyes is often a result of dryness.  I first suggest an evaluation of your hydration status.  In that a healthy adult male should get 4 liters of fluid per day from all sources.  If you work outside and sweat that value could be more.  Next frequent use of non preserved artificial tears, 6-8x per day.  Failing this seek an exam with an ophthalmologist

No fads: In my opinion, you're thinking about this wrong. Diets (short term caloric restrictions) do not result in weight loss that is maintained. Subtle but sustainable changes to your diet (what you eat every day) can have life-long results. Make subtle changes to what you eat to take in fewer calories per day and increase your activity to burn more. You should not shoot to loss more than 1 pound/week.
