i ate a green apple and now my teeth are feeling ticklish, what is up?

Irritation: It may be from the apple's acid irritatiing the gum just so slightly. If you were eating a whole apple, especially, the backside of upper front teeth get in close contact with the skin and flesh of the apple. Both the scraping and acidic juice from apple may have something to do with the 'ticklish' feeling. This should subside soon.

Probably decay: Your child is in pain because of infected teeth. Take him/her to a Dentist, preferably a Pedodontist (pediatric dental specialist) immediately. The American Dental Association &amp; American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommend that all children have 1st Dental appointment at Age 1 just to prevent scenarios such as this. Your Pediatrician or your General Dentist can help you find a Pedodontist.

Lots to drink: No medicine, just make sure he drinks enough to keep p with the stools, and that he wets his diaper at least 3 times a day. If not, go to er for hydration.

: Unsweetened coconut water has 9.5 grams of sugar and sweetened coconut water has 18 gram of sugar. Two or three cups of    
  unsweetened coconut is good but no more.  Sweetened coconut water is bad for teeth ,too much sugar. and both can cause an increase in potassium levels but are low in calories and sodium.

No / Yes: While it will not likely damage your teeth, it can cause significant staining.  The stain can be removed during your dental cleaning.

Surface staining : Heavy coffee and tea drinkers develop surface stains on their teeth more readily than others.  Brush and floss thoroughly to keep this to a minimum.  See your dentist regularly for a professional cleaning.  These surface stains to not darken the natural internal shade of the teeth nor do they cause any permanent damage.  Enjoy your tea!

Green ?: If your teeth are green, you are many years overdue for a professional dental cleaning. I'm sorry, but you're going to have to call a dentist to be evaluated. If this is calculus that has stained, you may have severe periodontal disease without even knowing it. Make the call.. It just may save your teeth.

Pus: The only thing that would make saliva green is pus. Seen one case of sialitis but that person was very sick.

Nausea: Was the patient put to sleep for the extractions and/or is the patient taking narcotics for pain management? Vomiting is not associated with the actual extractions.
Call the surgeon.
