Is green coconut water bad for teeth? is it acidic?

Unsweetened coconut water has 9.5 grams of sugar and sweetened coconut water has 18 gram of sugar. Two or three cups of unsweetened coconut is good but no more. Sweetened coconut water is bad for teeth ,too much sugar. and both can cause an increase in potassium levels but are low in calories and sodium.

Coconut water products will vary in acidity based on treatment and time - being slightly acidic they are likely safer than lemon water. One interesting fact is coconut milk can be used to store a knocked out tooth while being transported to the nearest dentist for reimplantation. The CM helps keep the cells on the root alive and increases the chance the body will not reject the tooth.
