recently my upper arms have been experiencing soreness that seems to rotate through the muscle at the upper end of my forearms, my shoulders, biceps, and triceps.  one arm is worse than the other, but both are now showing symptoms.  what course of action should i take?

Strain/injury: Pain on movement can typically be traced back to a strain or minor muscle injury. Avoid positions that make the pain worse. Do not do any lifting or pulling with that arm. Wear a sling for comfort. Take NSAIDS for antiinflammatory effect. Rest the area so healing can occur. Use alternating hot and cold packs to alleviate the pain. Talk to a Dr if the pain does not resolve in 2 weeks time.

is biceps workout and triceps workout build muscles? plz suggest i'm doing this but i don't want muscles only want to reduce arm fat..!

Arm fat: Resistance exercise builds lean mass. Muscle takes up less room than fat because it is more dense. In order to reduce fat you must also utilize diet modification.

what causes muscle cramps in my arms (biceps and triceps) after working out?

Lack of ATP: After your workout, you've depleted your muscle stores of atp, which is the energy unit your body consumes.  Atp is required for the muscle to relax.  The cramps lessen as your body regenerates atp.

back training a few days ago after lockdown.swimming,cardio &strength.suffering strong pain in triceps both arms lifting arm over head & bending elbow towards biceps also causing muscle pain in pecs no swelling or bruising.not sure what this is?

Yes: I wouldn't call it "normal." It is, however, practically universal.

triceps, bicep, brachioradialis reflex test showed no response. what implications will that have? muscle atrophy, loss of arm use, etc?

Absent reflux: It depends on what the problem is. Torn muscle or nerve damage can be responsible. After all, it is the function of the muscle that matters, not the reflex. Mri of the neck or/and nerve conduction study of the upper extremity may help sort it out.

35 year old male. my left arm is substantially sore in the region of the bicep and and triceps just above the elbow and the skin in that area is noticeably warm to the touch. i have been getting tingling sensation in my fingers as well. any thoughts?

: Sounds like biceps and triceps muscle strain probably from putting excessive pressure/ weight on them. Best to remove the cause of strain/pressure and relax them. Some warm water compress massage with application of relaxing cream/ muscle relaxants can help. If symptoms persist see PCP.

have pain between bicep and tricep in left arm its been constant pain for several months. it seems deep in arm but doesn't seem like a muscle tear ?

Go see your doctor: for evaluation. There are various possible causes of this ranging from sprain (not as likely given chronicity of symptoms), to a lesion in the area, to a cervical spine problem etc.

Carefully: You can do gentle exercise not to hurt the strained muscle more.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If you do not have weakness in the muscles, do not have fever, have not lost weight, you may watch and wait.
