From the sound of-: -your treatment you most likely have degenerative arthritis in your knee also. Especially since you are receiving steroid injections. Also it is not an uncommon finding in your age group.

can too much studying, stress, cause chronic pain? i had a million symptoms since i started college, went to 100 doctors and specialists and all the exams turn out fine which even that bothers me because i wanna know why am i in pain?

: Chronic stress can cause chronic pain. Since you have had extensive evaluation and are young it is extremely unlikely that there is a medical cause. It is time to see a psychologist to evaluate and treat this.

Coil? : Are you referring to an intrauterine device? If so i would schedule a follow-up appointment with your doctor to confirm that the iud is properly located and not responsible for the heavy. In some cases the iud drops  down in the cervix causing bleeding.

Often, this can be treated with medication like carbamazepine.  Check with your doctor on your specific treatment based on your symptoms and medical history.

Hard to say: The treatment you cite is not just for trich. You were given a shotgun treatment for STD's that could include gonorrhea, chlamydia &amp; others. These could also cause pelvic inflammatory disease and need more intense treatment.You should go back in for re-evaluation if you are not improving.

How long ago?: This depends on how long it has been since the fusion surgery. Normal postoperative pain may last for weeks or months. Continued, severe pain many months or years after fusion surgery may indicate several possible problems, such as failure of the bones to fuse, recurrent nerve compression or a new problem at another level of the spine. This should be evaluated with x-rays, a ct scan or an mri.
