Can too much studying, stress, cause chronic pain? i had a million symptoms since i started college, went to 100 doctors and specialists and all the exams turn out fine which even that bothers me because i wanna know why am i in pain?

Chronic stress can cause chronic pain. Since you have had extensive evaluation and are young it is extremely unlikely that there is a medical cause. It is time to see a psychologist to evaluate and treat this.

At your age, I tend to doubt that your stress causes your pain. Nothing more can be said about your pain without knowing a lot more about the location, duration, severity, and quality of your pain. This is not the place for that kind of lengthy discussion. See a doctor and find out what your pain ISN'T; then you've narrowed down the possibilities of what it IS.
