Want to limit servings of high-glycemic fruits which tend to be tropical fruits like bananas, mango & watermelon. The healthiest fruits are small fruits whose skin is eaten like berries, cherries, grapes, apples & apricots. You can eat those in moderation. Avoid fruit juices.

Keep walking: Perhaps you are losing fat and building muscle? Hopefully your waistline is shrinking. If not, don't overdo the fruit; it's mostly sugar.  Prozac (fluoxetine) may also affect your appetite.  You did well to give up the soda.  Look to reduce other carbs and sugars in your diet.  Keep walking!

Pregnancy ?'s: Normal activities and diet will not generally cause significant weight gain at "16 weeks" of pregnancy.  The first three months are usually appetite suppressants, so normal weight gain may soon begin to occur. See your OB physician for his/her assessment of your current nutritional intake.

If you eat more, exercise more, but it is still best to do the same thing you were always doing and you'll be fine.
