Wisdom tooth: Soft food like clam chowder are god to eat following wisdom tooth extraction.  Keep rinsing with the saltwater.  Continue to follow the post op instructions given to you. And healing should proceed as normally as possible.

See the dentist.: It is atypical that you would be bleeding/ oozing after 48 hours.  Certainly, there are actions that could bring this about like smoking, drinking through a straw, or drinking hot liquids as well as vigorous exercise.  If none of these have taken place, I would recommend seeing the dentist/ surgeon that removed the tooth to evaluate the area.

Oral Thrush: If you were on antibiotics, you could develop Oral Thrush which usually requires an anti-fungal medication to treat. Ask your dentist to confirm this suspected diagnosis and prescribe an appropriate medication which usually responds quickly.

No, not normally: When your wisdom tooth is pulled, there should not be any part of your jaw bone sticking out.  Best to see the oral surgeon to confirm.

Take NSAID medicatio: Studies have shown that if you take an NSAID med before oral surgery, post operative pain is minimized. If you can take these meds then i would suggest 800 mg of Ibuprofen about 30 minutes prior to your surgery appointment.

One is certainly : Better than having all 4 out at same time (which is what is normally done to limit procedures and recoveries).  Mostly will depend on whether it is fully bony impacted, partial bony impacted or erupted.  Deeper impaction makes for more soreness, lower wisdom teeth are usually more sore afterwards than upper ones.  Analgesics, ice, following instructions will help usher an uneventful recovery.

Wisdom tooth/smoking: Would not recommend it ,let the tooth heal .Smoking constricts vessels and limits blood supply to organs/bones. It may interfer with healing and promote dry socket.  Discuss with your dentist.
