But as long as you watch your diet and continue working out, you will see an improvement.

Watch Food/Drinks: Working out for 30 minute might be a mile of walking, that's only 100 calorie, a piece of pizza is 500 calories or 5 miles. Pay attention to the bad foods/drinks, here is a list of foods listed in order of which are most important make 2 changes only:
1. Any drink with sugar
2. Fast foods
3. Fried foods
4. Skipping meals
5. Bad breakfasts
6 bad snacks
7. Large portions.

Not terribly: I have read somewhere that it might help a bit, but it is not strong.  At any rate, it takes most people 2 or more weeks to see results from diet and exercise program, so don't give up and do keep on your program!  Take the GC if you want and if it is not very expensive.

Possible: It sounds as if you previously had a ct scan of your colon?  It is unlikely your pancreas was imaged with the "colonography".  An abdominal scan or ct dedicated to the pancreas is one of the better imaging studies to properly evaluate your pancreas.

1 week: A coloric deficit of 3500 calories is equal to about 1 lb.. This deficit should be a mix of increased exercise, and decreased consumption.  A good diet with exercise will produce about a 1,000 cal deficit daily - 7,000 per week.  This is about 2 lbs.  Most scales will show a 2 lb loss.. so figure about a week to see a change.
