3 years ago i hit my head on the right frontal area, there was a large bump and i had a black eye. no scans were ever done. to this day there is still a bump, and when i touch the area i get an intense sharp pain. what could this mean?

: Initially these are usually blood collections in or under the scalp that accompany the scuff of the bone and breaks in local blood vessels. Residual bumps can be a bone reaction to the injury, composed of calcium/new bone formation.  Any pain is localized pain fibers. If it is noticeable sometimes the material can be removed through in incision buried in the eyebrow.

3-4 days ago, i noticed a small white bump on top of the edge of my iris. dr said nothing about it both times i went, just eye is inflamed. worry?

See eye doctor: If you saw an eye doctor and he was not worried then it is probably nothing serious. If it was a general md you might want a second opinion with an eye doctor. It could be anything from an inflamed pterygium (benign growth on eye), inflammatory reaction from blepharitis, corneal scar, infection or contact lens reaction. If it worsens or is associated with pain or vision loss, see your eye doctor!

Eye tenderness: This may be conjunctivitis and may require antibacterial eye drops or ointment in addition to warm water  compresses. It's best to have an examination by a physician or an ophthalmologist for diagnosis and treatment.

Pingueculum : Your eye doc was likely referring to a yellowishish lesion adjacent to the cornea located on the conjunctiva Primarily at 3 &amp; 9 o'clock positions, that represents elastic tissue changes with aging (solar elastosis). Often these small bumps are slightly raised &amp; asymptomatic. They can get irritated. Artificial tears and sunglasses for protection advisabl &amp;. If chronic irritation, may ---pterygium.

Bump in eye?: Is the bump on the eyelid? this may be a stye/hordoleum. If it is, then you should treat with warm compresses. If it is "in the eye", then I suggest you see an ophthalmologist​.

Stye: Sounds like you may have a stye. This is a clogged oil gland that can swell and become painful. Apply warm compresses to the eyelids for 10 min at least 4-6 times a day to open up the oil glands and clean your eyelids and lashes with diluted baby shampoo twice a day. If it does not resolve in one week see your eye doctor for further treatment.
