Pterygium?: Could be pterygium, which is a benign finding unless it encroaches pupil and affects vision.

Eye bump: Probably a pingueculum which is benign,but should be seen by ophthalmologist to make the proper diagnosis. The other lesion to be seen in this location is a pterygium which can require local surgery in some cases.
