See below: You appear to have atrophy of the r hand muscles (thenar area).  Why?  Don't know.  Get checked by your doc soon.  There are a lot of possible causes.

Er: If you are not able to contact the neurosurgeon to be seen immediately, and you been diagnosed with an abnormality within your spinal canal, and now you are noticing a sudden and distinct worsening in your neurological symptoms, I would go to the Er to be seen immediately.  Preferably to the Er of the hospital that your specialist has privileges at.

: Since you experience tingling in both legs, It does suggest impinging the spinal cord rather than a nerve root on one side of the neck. As far as this being from normal ageing, a neurologist can explain the implications of this better than I can.

Typically : Typically this is not one thing but a series of separate issues.

However you need a good general physical, bloodwork, checked for gout, diabetes, thyroid disease and general "stuff: first...Then you r physician can start to focus in on these things

for example a neuroma in your foot ( a nerve inflammation between the toes) a trigger finger or post traumatic arthritic joint in your finger, , a rotator cuff issue in your right shoulder

all these things can give you these symptoms,

are you falling part, no...  But welcome to 40 plus year of age

seriously though start with a regular chreck up and go from there.

Highly unlikely: The usual allergic reactions consists of hives or anaphylaxis and would not specifically inflict damages to your spinal cord or nerves.  A much less common hypersensitivity (vs allergic) reaction is Steven Johnson syndrome which may potentially be fatal.
