Your blood pressure may have dropped suddenly.  Therefore, consider these problems and even medication/drug rxtns.  Needs full evaluation asap!  avoid driving.

I doubt it: Babies well cushioned in the bag of waters so a bit of a bumpy ride shouldn't be a problem. If you start spotting it might indicate the placenta was affected & that would be the indicator i would watch.

Live your life: It sounds like you have so much pressure you're putting on yourself. Live your life.  You don't know when you'll be pregnant and if you have to miss your friend's wedding, she will understand. In a more general sense, do worries like these dominate your life? Things you can do...: The best thing you can do for your friend is help them find a professional. If they told you about their plan, they want help. You don't have the training to "talk them out of suicide." it is complex & each person's issues are different. If you must, go with them to their 1st appointment to make sure they get there & start working on their issues. Be supportive & encourage them to stay in therapy.

Grief stages: The kübler-ross model, commonly known as the five stages of grief, includes denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance.  This applies to suicides as well as other types of loss.  But people vary: these stages don't always happen, or happen in this order.  Be available (but not intrusive) to your friend.  Grief counseling may help if she's open to it.

i went on a 17mi hike through snow/river crossings on the way back the sun went down i was crossing a river and fell in temperature was below freezing hiked the last 5 miles to the car its been 24 hrs. i still feel cold deep down. hypothermia?

: That sounds like quite a trek. Assuming  you've stayed in a warm environment since this episode, are eating and drinking normally, and have no frostbite, then hypothermia is no longer a threat. There is a good chance you were hypothermic for at least that last five miles but that's something you recover from in minutes to a few hours once you warm up. 20 year old bodies have remarkable stamina
