Its been a day and a half sense i fell into a frozen river and hiked 5 miles after to the car. i cant get warm, i feel like i tried everything. im sure its not hypothermia but shouldn't i be warm by now?

Did you put your clothes on? Set thermostat. Scary but should warm up.
