Was driving last week and blacked out for like 30 seconds . hit my car on a w. ws joking snd laughing with a friend b4 it occured. pls what cld ve caused this. am 37 yrs old

Blackout: Seizure or stroke are the two most likely things. Were you drinking or doing drugs? Thats the other possibility. One other thing is to check your car for an exhaust leak. Check from the manifold to the tailpipe. Carbon monoxide is also a thought.
