I doubt it: Babies well cushioned in the bag of waters so a bit of a bumpy ride shouldn't be a problem. If you start spotting it might indicate the placenta was affected & that would be the indicator i would watch.

Bumps: I take it you hit a lot of potholes. Very unlikely the baby was harmed in any way.But you should probably stay out of a car that sounds like an accident waiting to happen.

Uterus good protect: Your baby is very well protected in your uterus inside the protection of your abdomen surrounded by cushioning amniotic fluid. Your baby is fine. Avoid areas like these not because you are pregnant but because they are risky to drive on in general and an accident is not far away.
