Baby feeding: If your baby can tolerate both, they will be almost the same in nutrition because most formula are derived from cow's milk and they have additives in them.

Hydration: Can your baby hold down oral liquids like water? Is this the first time she develops vomiting and diarrhea from milk? If  she was  able to drink milk before and now stopped vomiting and can keep water down, watch her. If she always reacts to milk, she may be allergic to it, go to the er.

Unlikely: There are dozens of gut viruses that present with vomiting followed later by a fine speckled pinpoint rash. Most would have fever but some do not. I would not assume this is a milk allergy but might avoid it for a few days until this passes.

Usually 4  8: oz bottles a day or a total of 32 oz a day as a guideline. This can vary but leaves room to add solids to the diet. All the best.

Regular milk okay: Regular milk is the preferred milk product during this period. Their brain growth uses the fat content to build important support for nerves. I have more problems with mothers who want to use low fat milk to slim the kid down. That is the worst thing to do &amp; can result in developmental delays.

Possibly-: If she was on lactose-free formula and is now drinking regular milk, this could be a lactose intolerance issue. However, if she was on lactose containing formula, it is very unlikely she will not tolerate regular milk because of lactose sensitivity. I'd then look for something else new in her diet which could be the culprit.

After 6 months: You can start giving water in a cup to babies after 6mts. Usually small amounts with meals to learn how to use a cup. I do not recommend fruit juices at all as they contain too much sugar and should  be treated like soda or candy. 
Babies cannot have water prior to 6mts and should only  drink breastmilk or infant formula with iron.

No: Generally no, there is minimal exposure to radiation during a routine x-ray.  Side effects that can occur usually are after prolonged exposure to high levels of radiation.  There is more exposure to radiation from taking overseas airplane trip than from one routine x-ray.  Hope this helps.

Best formula: The best "formula" for babies is nothing than your own breast milk. I hope you breastfed your baby. Breast milk or formula is recommended for babies until a year old. Since your baby is now 14 months old, you can switch him to regular whole milk or evaporated milk.

Birth: Hearing is developed at birth...Sooner...As we know unborn babies can hear their parents voices! and they respond to music. No one should be listening to music louder than 85 decibels.
