My 1 year old baby is formula-fed. is it better to start giving her cow's milk instead? which one is better for her: formula or cow milk?

Baby feeding: If your baby can tolerate both, they will be almost the same in nutrition because most formula are derived from cow's milk and they have additives in them.

Cows milk: You can begin feeding your one year old whole milk, but make sure it isnt two percent or skim milk. Your baby needs the cholesterol for nervous system development. Formula is more nutritious and it has added vitamins and other elements added to it to help babys development.
