Baby is 1 year old. has had 8 oz whole milk in 12 hours. now vomiting and 1watery stool. should i be worried? do i take her to hospital?

Hydration: Can your baby hold down oral liquids like water? Is this the first time she develops vomiting and diarrhea from milk? If she was able to drink milk before and now stopped vomiting and can keep water down, watch her. If she always reacts to milk, she may be allergic to it, go to the er.
