Any pharmacy: Ursodiol is a prescription medication available through any pharmacy.  However, i would caution its use for treating gallbladder disease. It doesn't "flush" stones--it can dissolve small gallstones, but the stones will only return soon after the medicine is stopped.  Gallbladder removal--cholecystectomy--remains the gold standard for treating gallbladder disease.

Oral dissolution: for gallstones is not very successful in general.  This medication is only effective for gallstones with specific composition and size.  It can cause liver damage.  It also takes a long time for stones to dissolve.  And they can re-form even after complete dissolution. For these reasons, preferred treatment for symptomatic gallstones is surgical cholecystectomy.

Few days: Ursodiol is an effective treatment for the pruritis associated with cholestasis of pregnancy.  Generally, the pruritis associated with cholestasis will begin to improve within 3-7 days after starting the ursodiol therapy.  Once the pregnancy ends the pruritis usually abates and no further therapy with ursodiol is needed.

3 weeks : If you take 1gr. A day, usually start working after 3 weeks, improving pruritus, bilirubin and enzymes. Right indication and close follow up necessary. No indicated in the severe acute cholecystitis/cholelithiasis event were surgery may be indicated in the emergency setting. Consult high risk OB and possibly gen surgeon and even anesthesiologist.

How many: 1 or 2 is realistic but for alot to pass or dissolve is asking more of the medication than can usually occur. Of you have lots of gallstones then the gallbladder may not have been working well to start with and may continue to cause issues and more stones. I hope this finds you well.

? Fatty liver: I assume your enlarged liver is due to what is called Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, and that is the reason probably ursodeoxycholic acid prescribed. More recent data suggest that this medicine has little or no impact in improving liver fat and inflammation. However, it has very few side-effects. If you do have fatty liver causing enlarged liver, the best treatment is diet and exercise.

: I answered your previous question but this time you give the result of SGPT (ALT). Again, ursodeoxycholic acid may lower the SGPT in both conditions and this enzyme varies a lot when tested so this effect is not a reliable way to differentiate those 2 liver conditions.

: You can differentiate these 2 conditions if ursodeoxycholic acid lowers the liver enzymes. I wonder why you have this question because these 2 conditions are two different entities unless you have NAFLD but serology tests are positive for autoimmune hepatitis.
