Repeat first.: All things being equal, the first step with a finding like this, especially when there's no obvious cause, would be to simply repeat the test in a month or so.  Sometimes this could be simply from something you ate, or an OTC medication.  If the repeat values are still high, then an ultrasound and further investigations may be warranted.

The changes that occur in the liver, are called "fatty liver."  these changes are progressive and can lead to permanent scarring and eventual liver failure.  It is often first identified by abnormal liver function tests (alt/ast) in obese patients.

Hemangioma?: A Glioma is a type of brain cancer, they are not known to metastasize to the Liver. Masses in the liver can be benign (Hemangioma, Hepatic adenoma, Focal nodular hyperplasia, Cysts, Lipoma, Fibroma, Leiomyoma) or they can be Liver Cancer. Talk to your ordering Dr about exactly what he is thinking and follow up with him after the MRI when your Dr will have more information.

Kidneys don't move: The kidneys don't really move if you gain weight.  However, they may seem deeper in the abdomen or flanks as more and more fatty tissue is layered on to the body.  Also, there is a layer of  natural or peri-renal fat that may enlarge as more and more weight is gained.

Absolutely, but...: Bdd is an irrational, excessive preoccupation with and dislike of some aspect of your body, for example, being convinced your chin is too pointy, making you ugly, when in fact it is quite within the normal range.  A morbidly obese person might have such a preoccupation.  Dislike of the obesity itself, even if it caused great distress would not be bdd because it's reality based.
