Repeat first.: All things being equal, the first step with a finding like this, especially when there's no obvious cause, would be to simply repeat the test in a month or so. Sometimes this could be simply from something you ate, or an OTC medication. If the repeat values are still high, then an ultrasound and further investigations may be warranted.
