So many problems: It puts excessive strain on joints, muscles, the cardiovascular system, heart, lungs, glandular health, disrupts normal hormonal functioning, can disrupt normal menstrual function, etc, etc. Being obese is a serious medical condition, and is responsible for many disease states.
