Sugar: I wouldn't regard this as a sugar detox situation, but would consider the possibility of  symptoms of withdrawal from foods you previously enjoyed. I would not discount depression as a cause of your symptoms .either in view of the change in sleeping pattern and down feelings. A consultation with a psychologist or psychiatrist may be in order.

This : This is a difficult question to answer without examining you.  One possible diagnosis would be retained placenta from your delivery and this would be evaluated by an ultrasound.  Another possibility would be fibroids or adenomyosis, which might have caused pain and cramping prior to your pregnancy.  Best to be evaluated by your obstetrician.

You need a stool culture for enteric bacterial pathogens and a microscopic exam for ova and parasites as you may have an infection of the gut that needs treatment. Inflammatory bowel disease is another possibility and you may need a flex sig or colonoscopy if the stool cultures and parasite tests are negative. Please see your physician.
