Infectious source : Hi, SIRS is a set of criteria that, if met, indicate that there is an inflammatory process occurring in the body.  If a patient meets the criteria for SIRS and there is a suspected source of infection then the patient will be in the state of sepsis, meaning the infection is causing the inflammatory condition. Multifactorial: As a general rule, inflammatory conditions which produce the criteria necessary to term a condition sirs are induced by cytokine release, but there are many other possibilities.  Generally not adrenal insufficiency.  You seem to be trying to acquire a shorthand medical education.  It is not that simple.

Hepatitis B: This virus is transmitted by exposure to infectious blood or body fluids. Infection at time of birth is the most often way  in areas of the world where the disease is common. In areas where the disease is rare intravenous drug use and sex are the most frequent routes of infection. There is now therapy available, see a specialist. Good luck.

Fever: Fever can be from infections ( tuberculosis, malaria, hepatitis etc..),  malignancy , even certain medication can cause fever, sometimes it is not possible to know the cause of the fever( fever of unknown origin) the best thing to do is to see a doctor if the fever persist

Sleep Hygiene: Shutting down your brain at night is easy for some, but difficult for others. If you already use meditation, try pmr (progressive muscle relaxation).I recommend a 20 minute guided pmr--many are found on itunes, such as one by dr. Beth salcedo. In addition, there are many books out there written about how to have good "sleep hygiene"--the art of getting good rest.

Safe: Most lipotrophic injections are vit b complex in high doses. Vitamin b is water soluble hence minimal side effects apart from injection site  reaction. They are not effective for weight loss. However patients commonly report a boost of energy.

PInched Nerve: The sciatic nerve is not the cause of the pain source, it is the result of an irritated nerve typically in the lumbar spine (low back) which are caused by herniated disks, spinal stenosis or degenerative disc disease requiring further evaluation by a spine specialist.  Erectile dysfunction suggests a significantly pinched nerve(s)  i would investigate obtaining an MRI and see specialist soon.

 tachypnea (high respiratory rate), with than 20 breaths per minute; or, an arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide less than 4.3 kpa (32 mmhg)
 white blood cell count less than 4000 cells/mm³.
