Many: Each form of treatment is different , Suboxone is a partial agonist and anatgonist which can induce precipted withdrawal when used with opioids, it can be prescribed out of a data licensed physician office. Methadone is a full agonist advantage  inexpensive prescribeed at a Methadone cliniccon tolearnce and use of other narcotics.Naltrexone is a anatagonist that is requires abstinence can be costly.

Same: When i write for naproxen, i can also write for Naproxen sodium or potassium. Docycline hyclate.  Methoadone comes only in the hydrochoride form.

Fight 4 your health: I am not very familiar with these meds (perhaps these are european names?) but please know that Methadone is not the solution to fibromyalgia. Work with your doctors are get off of it as soon as you safely can!

Legal issues: For Methadone to be prescribed for the purpose of treating an opiate addiction, legally it must be obtained from the Methadone clinic. Private doctors can prescribe Methadone from their office but only for the purpose of pain management, not for treating addiction.

Yes: all opoids are passed through the breast milk to the baby.
In a baby it can cause sedation,cardiac problems and withdrawal symptoms.in a child the half life is 19hrs where it stays in the blood stream of the baby
unless very actively monitored.you should give formula to the baby while you are taking the drug

Should be 1 to 1: if you were put on the proper one to one dose of oxycontin to methadone.if you were placed on the correct one to one dose of oxycontin to methadone. You can pretty much interchange between any opioids and not have any withdrawal symptoms if you were put on the correct dose. To properly answer your question, we need to know how much oxycontin you are on.

No.: You should not do this. Extremely unsafe as the absorption and action of Methadone is quite unlike other medications and may rapidly lead to unintentional overdose.  I am not advocating the use of any IV drugs but this is particularly bad....
