: I'd like to know results of a complete iron panel. An iron saturation of 65% is considered high. I assume you're not taking iron supplements. Is there a family history of hemochromatosis?  Your symptoms could be from iron overload. There's a genetic test for hereditary hemochromatosis. I recommend consulting a hematologist for appropriate testing &amp; advice.

A woman could look exceptionally beautiful from a physical perspective but might be cruel, spiteful, selfish, self - absorbed etc. Thus, this woman may possess physical beauty but lack more meaningful beauty when it comes to their persona.  How a person looks on their outside does not determine what their personality is like. 
     Now, what would be really great is if you can get some input from plastic surgeons who do a lot of elective cosmetic surgery.  Many of their clients may be seeking the type of beauty that is skin deep through medical procedures.
