My iron saturation level is 62 percent. my iron level is 165. my tibc is low normal. i do not take iron supplements. i have muscle pain and cramps all over my body. is this being caused by a disease or what could be causing the high iron saturation?

Given the normal serum iron level and TIBC, your iron saturation, actually transferrin saturation, is not truly high. Your muscle cramps don't seem to be causually related to iron issue.
