Endometrium: Endometrium is very crucial for the female reproductive cycle. In a post menopausal female with irregular bleeding with thickness of >5mm, an evaluation is required with endometrial biopsy orD &C. In your case, 43 yo with about 3cm endometrial thickness which seems quit enlarged. Ensure that pregnancy test is done after which if negative, an endometrial biopsy or hysteroscopy/D&C need to be done
