: These are usually do to slow blood flow through your lids due to airborne allergies or lack of restorative sleep. If you are worried about something else go get an exam. Rare things are ....rare. The labs you quote provide no worthwhile information.

normal cbc and metabolic panel. around the skin of both eyes, the blood vessels are fragile and break easily. skin around eyes looks sickly and discolored. my grandfather died of myeloma very young in his 40s. does this look like amyloidosis?

: It is not feasible to make a diagnosis of amyloidosis without a tissue biopsy. Your doctor can test your blood for abnormal immunoglobulins and may be a fat pad aspiration to look for amyloid. A bone marrow examination and other tissue biopsy may also be needed to rule out amyloidosis and immunoglobulin disorder. Your concern is well placed, but you are young for this disease.

Could be. : Not as likely in your age.  Vertebral artery narrowing can cause dizziness. These vessels can be damaged in neck trauma. If you have had no recent accidents then they are probably ok. These vessels can become narrow when people are 50 or older. If therapy does not work, ask your doctor to check the blood vessels in your head and neck.

Conservative Rx: Cold damp towels, aspirin, could take a minimum of 2-3 days to improve...if appears infected with pus see your doctor

It depends: It depends on what they are looking for.  Conventional angiography is still considered the 'gold standard'.  However, it is invasive.  In practice, lower risk non-invasive tests like CT angiography, MR angiography, or sonography can answer most clinical questions.

No one test: D-dimer test is a good indicator of clots, large or small, but it is more useful to exclude clots , rather than diagnose those. Tests for vasculitis include ANCA, CRP, ESR and complement.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

i have a broken blood vessel on my nose (spider veins). it has gotten a bit bigger overtime and i can feel a bump like a pimple when i touch it but obviously will not squeeze it. what is the best thing to do to get rid of it please?

Ignore it: Most of these will spontaneously disappear over a period of months if left alone. You can consult a cosmetic dermatologist to see if any of their several laser treatments would help.

Stockings: I would be fitted for good compression stockings. Your local drug store can help. Wear them as much as possible. If they are not improved with stockings seek the consultation or a surgeon who treats varicose veins.
