Ignore it: Most of these will spontaneously disappear over a period of months if left alone. You can consult a cosmetic dermatologist to see if any of their several laser treatments would help.

Agree with Dr. F: If the "spider veins" are limited to your nose and there is a small bleed, it is not of much concern. You may consider laser ablation for cosmetic reasons. Get HPV vaccine Wish you good health!
