Help please? what is the best treatment for varicose veins?

Stockings: I would be fitted for good compression stockings. Your local drug store can help. Wear them as much as possible. If they are not improved with stockings seek the consultation or a surgeon who treats varicose veins.

Varicose veins: There is not really a single "best" treatment, as treatments are tailored to your specific anatomy. Ultrasound is needed. The most common treatments are endovenous ablation with laser or radiofrequency energy, stab phlebectomies, and sclerotherapy. Often a combination of therapies is needed. Vascular surgeons are considered the "vein experts" as they can offer all possible treatment options.

Varicose veins: Yes there are many minimally invasive options nowadays for treatment based on the size and ceap classif. For the veins treatments you should see a vein specialist about rfa, evla or non-thermal ablative options as well as sclerotherapy if appropriate.
