i fractured my cuboid, navicular, calcaneus and talus. it's been 7 months since then and i still experience pain, popping, stiffness despite physical ?

Talk to your doc: That's a lot of broken bones!  Sorry to hear that.  Please talk to your doc about the ongoing pain. If you are not happy with what you hear, get a second opinion.  Have copies of your X-rays (and other imaging studies) and Doctors' notes before that second opinion appointment.

fractured calcaneus and talus in right ankle 6wks ago. wearing aircast and crutches. pain in ankle subsided, some swelling still visible - 30% compared to week 1. tingling, pins & needles are getting worse, is it nerve damage? how to get rid of it?

: You still have many months ahead before you get through this major injury. Your doctor is your best source for information concerning your injury. Discuss with your physical therapist.

Unusual: That is unusual for a 29 year to basically have severe arthritis on the inside of your ankle.  It is probably postraumatic, ie from an injury or injuries.  Don't hesitate to be seen for treatment options.

i'm 14 weeks post op subtalar fusion and donor bone was used to repair right side of my talus i went to er for redness swelling they are saying osteomyelitis on the right side where donor bone was used is that common??

Sorry: That should not have happened but did.  Donor bone, usually from cadavers, has been sterilized and cultured to prove sterility.  Wound infections are rare but a statistical reality and sometimes it does not happen to someone else. Thank heaven that you are young and that we have many powerful and effective antibiotics.  A consoling factor is  when you are cured the fusion should be very strong.

i have arthritis in my calcanealcuboid joint due to the fact i was born with flat feet and had calcaneal osteotomy when i was younger. is an isolated calcanealcuboid fusion something that will still allow me to run? thanks?

: I have  spend many years studying the  calcaneal - cuboid joint. Do you wear custom orthotics?  Fusion of this joint is something I have always tried to avoid because of how it limits motion and only leads to arthritis of other joints. I have tried prolotherapy injections (sucrose, saline, absolute alcohol) on only six patients. However, I had 100%. I retired and was not able for further studies.

Read below: A broken talus, if healed, should be fine to walk on after being removed from the cast for a few weeks.  Consult with your doctor or surgeon as per what your limitations may be.  Good luck.
