I have arthritis in my calcanealcuboid joint due to the fact i was born with flat feet and had calcaneal osteotomy when i was younger. is an isolated calcanealcuboid fusion something that will still allow me to run? thanks?

I have spend many years studying the calcaneal - cuboid joint. Do you wear custom orthotics? Fusion of this joint is something I have always tried to avoid because of how it limits motion and only leads to arthritis of other joints. I have tried prolotherapy injections (sucrose, saline, absolute alcohol) on only six patients. However, I had 100%. I retired and was not able for further studies.
