No retinal distortio: Macular pucker is caused by scar tissue on the surface of the retina.  It generally will not cause a signifanct change in the vision unless it contracts and causes distortion or leakage in the macula.  I too hope yours stays the way it is too. If not, the scar tissue can be successfully removed surgically.

Depends: While steroids in general could reduce the immune system, the amount and duration you are using for your eyes probably does not place you at higher risk; however, ask your prescriber who will know the correct answer. Regardless, wearing a mask, maintaining social distances, gloves/hand washing and avoiding crowded venues will help protect you. Good luck

Yes: If you do not notice any affects on your vision at this point, most likely you can halt progression and further problems with today's modern treatments. Although you may have some vision loss it is not meaning for to you ability to live a normal life. Just stay on top of it with your eye md.

Cannot say: The best person to ask is your ophthalmologist as he or she can not only assess your visual field and pressure, but also your optic nerve and retinal nerve fiber layer. As long as treatment (slt or drops) brings your pressure down to the target level, you should be able to stabilize where you're at now. The good news is glaucoma tends to progress very slowly for most patients.
