No retinal distortio: Macular pucker is caused by scar tissue on the surface of the retina. It generally will not cause a signifanct change in the vision unless it contracts and causes distortion or leakage in the macula. I too hope yours stays the way it is too. If not, the scar tissue can be successfully removed surgically.
