Depends....: These are gallstones.  About 20% of people have gallstones, but only 20% of people have problems (pain) with gallstones.  If you have been having right upper abdominal pain and you have gallstones on the ultrasound it may be an indication to remove the gallbladder.  You should see a General Surgeon to confirm.

: Upper endoscopy (EGD) with biopsy for ruling out H. pylorii infection should be considered. If there is no evidence of gastroduodenal pathology by direct exam and biopsy, cholecystectomy may be required.

Do nothing now.: A lot of people have gall stones and never have any trouble.  If it does not bother you, don't worry about it.  If it does become a problem, you can consider having your gall bladder removed.  If your doctors think you should have that done at some point, they will say so, probably,
