See your gastroenterologist who did the biopsy to discuss your results.

This : This would be a better question for the gastroenterologists.  Dermatologists treat basal cell carcinomas of the skin, but "basal hyperplasia" probably is referring to the squamous cells/other cells lining the stomach/esophagus and are not the same "basal cells" we treat in dermatology.
