Your hand numbness could be due to a variety of causes including a low oxygen level which could also lead to a headache. Dehydration w/ electrolyte imbalance is also possible. If your doctor can't see you right away, go to the er for evaluation/treatment right away!

Cts is a compression of the median nerve at the wrist and many patients wake up with hand numbness.  Usually initial treatment is a night spilint.  If this does not work, surgery may be indicated.
