No: Cauliflower ear is an ear that has become thickened or deformed as a result of repeated blows, typically in boxing. THerefore a cauliflower ear by definition is an acquired ear deformity. But not all ear deformities are cauliflower ears.

i have remittent severe l ear pain dx'd as polychondritis 20 yrs ago by 2 separate ents. there's no deformity to date. should i seek a 3rd opinion?

Confirm diagnosis: 20 years ago??? ????Chondrodermatitis nodularis helicis chronicus?  Pain when ear is bent so it wakes you from sleep? A tender little round papule in the greater helix? Nitroglycerin paste is very effective. Surgery is curative. Try a dermatologist.

Many possibilities : There are many possibilities but treacher collins and nager syndrome are two that come to mind. This may require extensive evaluation and documentation of all associated findings as well as a genetic history to arrive at a definitive diagnosis.

skull deformity from the back of the head, can it be repaired with cranioplasty. how is it done if its a large area & what are the estimate cost.

In severe cases: In infants in severe cases, cranioplasty can help with the skull shape but the risk increases as the child becomes older. Most posterior deformities are hidden by hair and do not cause any fuctional issue. If it is  a medical necessity, insurance will cover it.

i was born w/ no soft spot and as a result had big forhead when l was a baby and know asan adult i have no head deformaties. do i have craniocynostosi?

Craniosynostosis: You made your own diagnosis, but its a shame that it might have not been discovered in infancy... At this point you cannot do anything to change that. The skull is formed and thats all the room you get for your brain! however, if you have neurological symptoms like seizures, learning problems (developmental delay) you probably should consult a neurologist and properly review your medical history.

good day. if a sperm count has 98% head deformity, can the man still get treatment? mobility and sperm count is normal.

See below: Sperm morphology is poorly understood. According to the The World Health Organization guidelines, at least 4 percent should have a normal shape. Though normal fertility is poor with &lt;4%, success can still be achieved with IUI and IVF. The 3 main causes of poor sperm morphology:
* a genetic trait
* exposure to toxic chemicals
* increased testicular temperature 
The last 2 causes may be reversible.

i was born with no soft spot on my head but i don't have any head deformaties, does this mean i have craniocynostosis?

No: I have seen  "soft spots" the size of a pea, or the size of an open hand. As long as the growth plates of the skull push away from each other (don't fuse), normal skull growth in size & shape can occur.

my son has flat head on his left side. he doesn't have any facial deformities. how are you certain it will cure itself? he is 10 months old.

Meh..: Not certain at all for a 10 month old.  I sure would like to get a good look at this.  What does your pediatrician say? Is it worsening? How are his fontanelles looking? Still open? Where is his crib positioned in his room? Can you passively move his head and get full range of motion?  If this is a positional deformity, then plastics referral may be in order.  Demand answers from your caregivers!

hard painless lump under skin on thigh. no pain, circular, large (lil bigger than a nickle), no discoloration/head/ripple/visual deformity, see a doc?

If it is soft,: mobile fluctuant or slightly dense, and does not hurt then it's most likely a lipoma.  If you decide to have a healthcare professional look at it, that should confirm it.
