I was born with no soft spot on my head but i don't have any head deformaties, does this mean i have craniocynostosis?

No: I have seen "soft spots" the size of a pea, or the size of an open hand. As long as the growth plates of the skull push away from each other (don't fuse), normal skull growth in size & shape can occur.
