I have remittent severe l ear pain dx'd as polychondritis 20 yrs ago by 2 separate ents. there's no deformity to date. should i seek a 3rd opinion?

Confirm diagnosis: 20 years ago??? ????Chondrodermatitis nodularis helicis chronicus? Pain when ear is bent so it wakes you from sleep? A tender little round papule in the greater helix? Nitroglycerin paste is very effective. Surgery is curative. Try a dermatologist.
