Depends : Depends on how the CT was performed.  High density means one thing low another. It is difficult to be more specific without more information

: "Symmetric" refers to the appearance of both kidneys (i.e., bilateral).

the ct scan results came back and it says somewhat uterine cervix is prominent  and mild free fluid in pelvis likely physiologic. what does that mean?

Lkely nothing: Most women has some small amount of free fluid in the pelvis and this is normal (physiologic). A prominent cervix on imaging usually means nothing, it is more visible on the imaging study than normal. If there is a problem with your cervix you doctor will make a clinical diagnosis.

exactly what does it mean when ct results conclude colitis involving cecum, ascending and most of transverse colon in patient with crohn's? i have had crohn's for 40 years, have had one resection at ileum?

: It means you have inflammation in more then half of your proximal colon probably starting at anastomosis and going distally. You need to see gastroenterologist for work up including labs, stool and colonoscopy to adjust therapy if necessary

See a pulmonologist: The findings on ct may be mild or extensive and emphysematous changes can also be seen with environmental exposures (dusts, etc.), second hand smoke exposure, genetic predisposition, rheumatologic diseases, etc. How important the changes are depends on symptoms and lung function tests.

Normal: I can  only address a sinus or mastoid cat scan. But when a radiologist states unremarkable, that means he or she can not detect any pathology.  Incidental bilateral is too non-specific in you question, but usually means a variant of normal.  Let us know what the anatomical area visualized is and what incidental bilateral means.
