: Consider any surface you touch that is a site that people touch &amp; has not been sanitized recently to be a possible source of germs. If you sanitize your hands frequently &amp; do not touch your face/eyes/nose after touching those surfaces you will be fine. I use a fine mist of 80% alcohol to sanitize almost all materials. It evaporates quickly &amp; kills the viruses in less than a minute.

adenoma: The vast majority of colon cancers arise from adenomas.  Will screen small adenomas are removed before they become malignant.  Simply having any adenomas increases your lifetime risk of developing colon cancer.

Heart failure: If you have survived HPLHS to age 18 you must have had extensive and excellent medical management since you were an infant less than a week old. I am certain you have had multiple open heart surgeries. Fluid around the liver at this time would most likely indicate a degree of heart failure. Check with any of the outstanding providers who have gotten you this far to discuss your personal situation.
