Is having two tubular adenomas removed from your colon and then having one hyper-plastic and another adenoma removed 3yr later increase cancer chance?

adenoma: The vast majority of colon cancers arise from adenomas. Will screen small adenomas are removed before they become malignant. Simply having any adenomas increases your lifetime risk of developing colon cancer.
