Colon biopsy reads fragments of colonic mucosa with small lymphoid aggregates and focal surface hyper plastic changes? what does this mean?

Must be biopsy of what looked like a polyp to the endoscopist. Biopsy is most likely pieces of hyperplastic polyp. Meaning a benign lesion. Nothing to worry about.
