Too  much: Way too much green tea. It contains caffeine and other chemicals. Recommend a max of 5 cups of green tea per day (regular strength) to prevent side effects. The fluoxetine may be helping your panic disorder but all the caffeine may worsen it.

i have panic disorder, and take valium (8mg/day) and lexapro (escitalopram) (20mg/day). i drink coffee every morning. seems to add to anxiety. best to give it up?

Yes: Do not try to find out your heart beat. it is there. Please go on with your daily routine. 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

During attacks, symptoms can include chest pain or discomfort; palpitations; rapid breathing; dizziness; tingling of face & extremities; fear of loss of control, doom, or death; feelings of choking; nausea, etc. Treatment works.

Panic attack: Hi, the best way is to see a psychiatrist and discuss your options including medical &amp; CBT (cognitive behavioral treatment). You might need adjustment of your Zoloft (sertraline) to decrease the frequency of the panic attack.
