Yes and no: first step is for you to have the ultrasound of your neck, to determine if there is a partial blockage of the carotid arteries. Generally if you have less 50% blockage (stenosis), you do Not need surgery! Just need to continue to monitor and control your cholesterol to prevent further blockage.
For your abdomen, the ultrasound will help determine if you have an "abdominal aortic aneurysm."

Abdominal aorta: Usually if you can feel your abdominal aorta you are quite thin and your abdominal musculature isn't particularly firm. For drs. It is possible to palpate the aorta in such people. It does not necessarily imply abnormality.

Arteries...: I have never heard of an itch being related to arteries.  But never say never!  it would help to see pictures of the areas affected.  Red? Painful? Raised? Scaly? And it would help to know when it started, when itching is worse, if anyone else has similar symptoms, if you changed your soaps/detergents, if you have allergies to anything, if you tried anything to make it go away?

Depends: If you are very thin you may be able to palpate the Iliac Artery, otherwise no.

Sharp pain in groin: Go get this checked out. Your autoimmune disease (RA) and medications mean that you are at risk for more unusual things than the general population. Maybe it's a simple hernia or a pulled muscle. But there are many other possibilities, like venous blood clot. Call your doctor. If S/he can't see you, go to the ER.

there is mildly active soft tissue thickening around the celiac  artery in abdomen and pelvis  as well as tiny peri-vascular lymph nodes are noted,   is that refer to a  a tumor of soft tissue lesions ?

Need more info: All imaging results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, you and your doctor may wish to talk to the radiologist, together.

what could happen if i don't get an artery unblocked in my stomach?

Need more info. : Three vessels supply the bowel. If one is blocked, the others can help with the blood flow. No symptoms...so no procedure. Now if the superior mesenteric artery is the one blocked, and you are losing weight, and/or having abdominal pain after you eat, then you will need to have the vessel treated with stent or surgery.  Same for the celiac axis and sometimes for the inferior mesenteric artery.

Cholesterol buildup: Is usually responsible. It is most common in diabetics and persons with coronary artery disease, but can happen in anyone.  It causes parts of the colon to die usually and a lot of stomach pain and sometimes rectal bleeding and that is how it is usually found.

Probably not: Splenic artery aneurysm is relatively uncommon and usually causes no symptoms. It can be detected by abdominal ct scan and sometimes sonogram. See your physician about your pain.

can artery blood gas test give accurate result if someone is already on ppis for stomach acid reduction or can it give false results in such scenario?

: As a board certified internist and cardiologist you ask a great question.  Certain meds can effect the acid base balance in the blood particularly if they act on the kidney. PPIs act on the stomach may rarely alter blood gas results. It should be notable that emphasizing alter as the test is still very accurate to determine oxygen, CO2 levels and acidic levels of blood.
